Reconstruction of “Bregu I Lumit” Kindergarten

“Bregu I Lumit” kindergarten was first constructed as a one floor building in 1978 and partially reconstructed in 2002. The current reconstruction project would add a second floor to the existing building and improve the quality of the kindergarten through the introduction of administrative offices, a kitchen, a health centre, sleeping rooms, an emergency stairwell, central heating and cooling systems as well as the introduction of a playground and a small zoo. In addition to improving the quality of the existing kindergarten, the reconstruction project increased the kindergarten area by 378 m2 from the existing 216 m2 and the pupil capacity by 85 from the existing 150.

 

Project value: 15,881,727 ALL. ICE supervision value including VAT: 294,484 ALL.

 

ICE shpk is involved in reconstruction administration, including site supervision of reconstruction works for “Bregu I Lumit” kindergarten in Tirana.
